Our surface treatments focus on improving corrosion protection, adjusting the friction co-efficient and enhancing component aesthetics.
Our surface treatment processes include electroplating, phosphating and GEOMET, which are all chromium(VI)-free.
Electroplating
The steel parts can be economically protected against corrosion with zinc or zinc alloy coatings. Coating sickness is 8~13μm. then by deactivation and seal treatment the corrosion protection can be further enhanced by the addition a secondary passivation and a final sealing coat.

Phosphating
Anti-corrosion is realized through a layer of phosphate film which is formed on the part surface.

GEOMET(GEOMET)
GEOMET coating is formed on part surface through centrifugal immersion or spraying technique, which can effectively avoid hydrogen embrittlement and thus better anti-corrosion effect is realized.
